Meet Our Founder, Ray Kincaid

My interest with jewelry began over 52 years ago when I purchased an engagement ring for my wife Claudia. This interest soon developed into a vocation. After 16 years in jewelry retailing, road sales, management and consulting, my wife Claudia and I founded Rego in 1973. In those 34+ years we have evolved into a state-of-the-art Jewelry Manufacturer supported by incredibly skilled craft people who are as excited as I am to produce some of the highest quality jewelry available anywhere.

Meet Our President and CEO, Kenny Kincaid

As you may imagine by my last name, my involvement in the jewelry business began in childhood. I still remember my father’s first major equipment purchase. A “Bowmar brain” calculator.  It arrived C.O.D. for over $100.00. Now people send much more complicated calculators as gifts & promotions, how times have changed.

It’s that almost breath taking speed of change that keeps us energized to be the most complete and helpful partner to our customers we can be. 2) Rego’s customer service representatives (CSR) are knowledgeable in the products we create and sell. They literally speak “jewelry” and our customers appreciate their expertise when speaking with them on the phone.

3) Rego’s CSR’s are supported by a sophisticated computer system allowing them to instantly display the customer account when you place a phone order. This coupled with our order entry/tracking system allows us to enter your order promptly and accurately. If you would like to know the status of any order, our CSR’s can track your order instantly. Our customers are also empowered to track their own orders online via our secured website. These efficiencies and many others allow us to deliver products and services that demonstrate real value to you.

4) On the subject of online convenience, our website gives our customers the flexibility and capability to view products online, place orders online, and track existing orders through the shop. And don’t forget to click on “What’s New” on our website menu bar, it is a great way to keep informed of our new products being regularly released.

John Bechtel
John is director of our loose diamond division. He oversees the purchase of all diamonds used in our manufacturing or sold through our loose stone division. John maintains our office in Antwerp, Belgium.

One example of our international network is our office and seat on the diamond exchange in Antwerp, Belgium. This direct connection allows us to provide the very best diamond value in both our finished goods and in loose diamonds. The Sapience Collection by Rego

The pieces in this collection represent the finest examples of Gemstones. In normal production jewelry, a mounting is made and mass-produced with stones cut to standard sizes. Our approach with this Sapience Collection is to procure the very best gemstones, polished to perfection to fully enhance the rough crystal. Mountings are then meticulously hand crafted and diamonds selected that best reveal the beauty of each stone. It is a time consuming method, but we think you will agree that these “gems of distinction” are well worth it.

Of course, due to the uniqueness of each item they are subject to prior sale. We would welcome the opportunity to produce a similar piece as the gems become available.

Special Order/Custom Design

Do you or your customer have a special order or custom design in mind? The Revo540 Multiple-Axis Milling System, powered by Matrix 3D Jewelry Design Software, is a state-of-the-art 3D modeling machine which lets us take your ideas and transform them directly into a wax mold. Advanced technology helps Heather Kincaid (3rd generation in the business) translate your ring ideas (sometimes from scraps of paper) and massage them into original works of art. She specializes in special orders and custom designs. You can always depend on Heather for a clear, helpful, and prompt response. You will also find the rest of the customer service group eager and competent to serve you.
